In this slip-and-fall case udge. a grant of summary judgment in favor of Ellison Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Price Chopper. She contends that there are genuine issues of material fact that can only be resolved by a trial on the merits. Because appellant failed to present a genuine issue of material fact regarding appellee’s alleged negligence as cause for her slip and fall, we affirm.
