This is an appeal by the defendants-appellants, Gene and Betty Schnippel (“Schnippels”), from a bench trial and judgment rendered by the Shelby County Court of Common Pleas.

In the case sub judice, the plaintiff-appellee, Lentz Realty Co. (“Lentz Realty”), brought an action to recover a real estate commission from the Schnippels. The commission claimed was for procuring a willing buyer of real estate consisting of an eight-unit apartment building which had been converted into condominiums in October 1985.
