February 16, 2021 A Philadelphia jury convicted Lamarr Wanamaker of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Neville Franks. Three witnesses identified Mr. Wanamaker as the shooter. His trial counsel argued the Commonwealth’s expert testimony did not establish he used the gun which shot Mr. Franks. But the jury found otherwise.
