MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FITZWATER, District Judge.

This wage and hour action presents questions of first impression. It requires the court to determine whether general assignment reporters, producers, directors, and assignment editors at a network affiliate television station are entitled to overtime compensation pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 207 et seq.
