This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 13). For reasons set forth below, the Defendant’s Motion is hereby GRANTED.

The Plaintiff, Thomas Hammon (“Hammon”), was employed by DHL Airways, Inc. (“DHL”). He began working for DHL in August of 1989, where he worked until November of 1993.
