This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District dismissing an appeal from a decree entered by the circuit court of Cook county. The Appellate Court refused to consider the case upon its merits, and entered a judgment dismissing the appeal for the reason that in the opinion of the Appellate Court the decree appealed from was not a final decree. If the Appellate Court improperly dismissed the appeal the order of this court would be a reversal of the order dismissing the appeal and remandment of the cause to the Appellate Court, with directions to consider and…
