The plaintiff landowners Richard J. Glidden, as trustee of the 38 Monomoy Road Realty Trust (Glidden), and Jeffrey and Ashley McDermott (McDermotts), appeal from the entry of summary judgment dismissing their appeal from a decision of the zoning board of appeals of Nantucket (board) denying their request for enforcement of the zoning by-law with respect to a construction project on an abutting property. We affirm.
