O'Connell v. Vainisi

In this zoning case, the plaintiffs challenge the right of their neighbors to construct a certain structure along the boundary between their properties. The zoning board of appeals of Cohasset (board) restricted the size and use of the structure, but otherwise allowed it to remain. On cross motions for summary judgment, a judge of the Superior Court dismissed the *689plaintiffs’ appeal of the board’s ruling for lack of standing. We reverse and remand.
