The plaintiffs, the Asylum Hill Problem Solving Revitalization Association (revitalization association) and Adrienne Brown, appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Gary E. King, the president and executive director of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (finance authority), following the trial court’s decision to strike all three counts of the plaintiffs’ complaint.
