On exceptions to decision of a single justice who found for the defendant in a jury waived case heard at the April 1951 Term of the Waldo County Superior Court.
By writ of entry the plaintiff seeks to recover certain property in the town of Knox in said Waldo County claimed by the defendant under conveyance from the inhabitants of the town of Knox.
