OPINION
THOMAS, Justice.
Michael Anthony Chivers appeals from a conviction of burglary of a building. After the jury returned a guilty verdict, the trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at twenty-five years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. 1 In a single point of error, Chivers contends that the jury selection occurred in a racially discriminatory manner.
