There were in. all six actions of the same general nature against the same defendant growing out of, in results, similar transactions. As bearing upon the liability of the defendant the circumstances differ. The cases were, however, all tried together, and can be disposed of in one opinion indicating the conclusions reached in each case. This will save reiteration of views and repetition of statements of what are in legal effect the same things.'
