DENTON, Chief Justice.
This is a suit brought by a mother as plaintiff against a father to change the custody of their three-year old son. Prior to this suit, the parties were divorced and custody was awarded to the father. Subsequently, this suit was filed and the trial court submitted the case to a jury. Based on the jury verdict, the trial court entered judgment that custody of the child be retained by the father.
