Crossman & Hosford sought recovery for legal services performed under an account stated theory. The county court for Douglas County granted summary judgment in its favor, and the judgment was affirmed by the district court. Finding a *103 genuine issue of material fact, we reverse the judgment and remand the cause for further proceedings.
