BELL, District Judge.

The defendants are Certified Public Accountants, engaged in the practice of their profession in St. Paul, Minnesota. During all of the times pertinent hereto, they maintained a professional staff of 5 men and 3 female stenographer-clerks, of whom the plaintiff was one. The defendants hold themselves out as experts in the fields of auditing and accounting, and are prepared to perform such services for the public.
