I. INTRODUCTION
The Court has before it two motions, one filed by the Debtor, Michael J. Cohen (the “Debtor”), and the other by Granite Bank (the “Bank”). The Bank filed a motion seeking relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2). 1 The Debtor, filed a motion seeking the Court’s determination of the value of the Debtor’s real property in Henniker, New Hampshire (the “Property”) pursuant to section 506 for plan purposes and for determining the nature and extent of adequate protection.
