ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

KENT, District Judge.

This is a personal injury case involving an eight-year-old child who was allegedly severely burned while wearing a garment purchased at a Wal-Mart store. On December 4, 2000, the Court came to hear Plaintiffs’ Motion for Sanctions against Defendant WalMart Stores, Inc. (“Wal-Mart”). At that hearing, only one of several held in this ease over a period of several months, it became apparent that Wal-Mart’s approach to discovery throughout this case has been, at best, grossly inappropriate.
