The primary issue under review is whether defendant Quon Industries acted as agent for plaintiff Pensee in regard to the sale of Pensee’s inventory of telephones, and whether the consortium of defendants-respondents, who purchased the telephones, acknowledged the existence of the agency in their dealings with Quon Industries.
