PHILLIPS, District Judge.
An indictment containing seven counts was return'ed in the District Court for the District of Nebraska against James J. Silk and Louis Meek. The first count charged a conspiracy to violate the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. § 1013814' et seq.).
