*203Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Betty Owen Stinson, J.), entered November 3, 2004, which, in an action for dental malpractice, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted defendant-respondent Dr. Anilesh’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the first cause of action for dental malpractice as against her, reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion denied and the first cause of action reinstated as against Dr. Anilesh.
