KAPLAN, Judge.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1495 and 2513 (collectively, the “unjust conviction statutes”), plaintiff Michael Alan Crooker has filed a complaint seeking damages to compensate him for his conviction and imprisonment on a firearms offense for which he was subsequently found not guilty.
