Cuterris Green, a pretrial detainee, objects to the involuntary administration of psychotropic drugs to render him competent to stand trial. We review the district court’s consideration of whether the government’s interest in prosecution outweighs Mr. Green’s constitutional right to refuse intervention. Sell v.
