OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

Sherri Allen appeals the award of court costs to Amanda Crabtree for expenses in copying medical records. Crabtree recovered against Allen on a negligence claim for damages sustained in an automobile accident.

At trial, after the jury found in favor of Crabtree, the court entered a judgment against Allen, including court costs. Crab-tree filed a “Motion for Determination of Taxable Court Costs,” and sought to include in the judgment $374.40 she expended on copying medical records from her medical providers.
