Pending before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, herein filed on March 17, 1989. Plaintiff filed a short response to defendant’s motion on April 7, 1989 and on May 17, 1989, defendant filed a reply thereto.

Plaintiff’s complaint contains claims of harassment and discrimination on the basis of race and sex under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985. Defendant seeks summary judgment on all of plaintiff’s claims and in the alternative, seeks partial summary judgment…
