MILLER, Justice:

The defendant below, Betty Jean Kelly, appeals her conviction in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County for forgery arising from her forging her husband’s name to an appearance bond. She contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction because she was authorized to sign her husband’s name and because there was no showing that the legal rights of another were prejudiced by her actions. She also contends that the trial court erred in excluding certain opinion evidence and raises instructional error. We find no error warranting reversal, and we affirm the…
