MEMORANDUM OPINION

RANDALL L. DUNN, Bankruptcy Judge.

On May 13, 2013, I held an evidentiary hearing (“Hearing”) on the Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) this chapter 12 1 case filed by Francis Carrington (“Carrington”).
