— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Calabretta, J.), rendered May 8, 1990, convicting him of assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
During the selection of the jury in the defendant’s trial, the complaining witness was transported from Rikers Island to the courthouse on the same bus as the defendant.
