It is undisputed that the partnership transactions mentioned in the pleadings were all settled before the commencement of this action, except an indebtedness of approximately $3,000 against Dodge & Co-., in which Le-Clair’s interest was thirty-five per cent, on two thirds thereof, and fifty-five per cent, on one third thereof, and that the balance of such indebtedness belonged to the firm of Rogers & Ruger.
