Patricia Wright appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Misty Mountain Farm, LLC, Shirley Matthews, and Dean Buck (“the Misty Mountain parties”). Wright argues that she owns subsurface oil, gas and mineral rights as the successor in interest to the grantees under a deed dated November 24, 1950. The trial court held that the Misty Mountain parties, the successors in interest to the grantors under the deed, own the sub surface rights. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
