This case arises from the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service’s (“US-CIS”) decision to revoke its initial approval of various 1-526 petitions. Pending before the Court is the USCIS’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 30). For the reasons contained herein, the motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
