CALABRIA, Judge.

Scott Robert Erickson (“defendant”) appeals from judgment entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of first-degree murder and possession of a weapon of mass destruction. We find no error.

The State presented the following evidence: defendant, a Minnesota native, moved to North Carolina to live with his father, Scott Schneiderhan (“Mr. Schneiderhan”) who lived in a trailer owned by Ms. Aliene Pierce (“Ms. Pierce”), the victim. The trailer was located on Ms. Pierce’s farm near her residence. Ms. Pierce allowed Mr. Schneiderhan and the defendant to live in the trailer…
