The appellant brought suit in the circuit court of Cook county against the appellee to recover certain over-payments which it claimed to have made appellee by reason of short weight in large quantities of linseed oil sold and delivered to it by appellee. The appellee also brought suit in the same court against the appellant to recover a balance claimed to be due it for linseed oil sold and delivered by it to the appellant.
