MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This Memorandum and Order addresses the Motion to Enforce Oral Settlement Agreement, ECF No. 116, that Plaintiffs Valerio Lopez, et al. filed, along with a Memorandum of Law in support of the motion, ECF No. 116-1. Defendants XTEL Construction Group, LLC (“XTEL”) and Mike Bahmani have not filed a response, and the time for doing so has passed. See Loe. R. 105.2; May 3, 2011 Order, ECF No. 119.
