United States v. 526 Liscum Drive
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
GIBBONS, District Judge.
This appeal presents the issue of whether appellant Theresa A. Booker, who holds title to the premises at 526 Liscum Drive in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, has produced sufficient evidence of her standing to contest the forfeiture of that property pursuant to the forfeiture provision of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 881. The district court granted the government’s motion for summary judgment, concluding that Theresa A. Booker had failed to submit sufficient evidence demonstrating her standing to challenge the forfeiture. We affirm.
