This is an action by the United States of America, as the real party in interest, based upon a claim of the Commodity Credit Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Commodity,” created by the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. § 714 et seq.), an agency wholly owned by the United States of America, and this Court has jurisdiction by virtue of the provisions of Section 4(c) of the Act (15 U.S.C. § 714b(c)), against the defendants E.
