MEMORANDUM OPINION
ELIZABETH W. MAGNER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 Trustee, Claude C. Lightfoot, Jr. (“Trustee”), filed this adversary proceeding to avoid and recover three alleged preferential payments made by the debtor, Sea Bridge Marine, Inc., (“Sea Bridge” or “Debtor”) to the defendant, Praxis Energy Agents, LLC, (“Praxis”) totaling $195,000.00. Praxis asserts that the payments fall under the ordinary course of business exception set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2) and the subsequent new value defense of § 547(c)(4).
