Tara Y. McClanahan (“Movant”) was convicted of arson in the first degree under section 569.040, attempted murder in the second degree under sections 565.021 and 564.011, and burglary in the first de gree under section 569.160. 1 On direct appeal, this Court affirmed Movant’s convictions and sentences. State v. McClanahan, 202 S.W.3d 64 (Mo.App. S.D.2006).
