The First National Bank of Chicago (hereinafter for convenience referred to as the First National Bank or plaintiff) instituted this proceeding in equity against Edith McCarthy and others to enforce its judgment lien and to procure a money decree against Edith McCarthy personally. After a trial by the chancellor upon stipulated facts, documentary evidence, depositions of various witnesses and the answe'rs of Edith McCarthy to interrogatories propounded by plaintiff, he entered a decree dismissing the case for want of equity.
