In these consolidated appeals, National Geographic Television Library, Incorporated (NGTL) and Convera Corporation (Convera) (collectively “appellants”) seek interlocutory review of a district court order denying (1) Convera’s motion to compel arbitration and (2) NGTL’s motion to stay all litigation pending arbitration.
