In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Loehr, J.), dated October 26, 2007, which granted the motion of the defendants Michael Stieglitz and Sobel, Ross, Fleigel & Suss, LLE for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

*506Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
