[¶ 1] Farmers Insurance Exchange, Truck Insurance Exchange, Fire Insurance Exchange, Mid-Century Insurance Company, and Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (collectively “Farmers”) appealed from a summary judgment dismissing their action against Allen Schi-rado for breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with contract, conversion, unjust enrichment, and breach of fiduciary duty and awarding Schirado damages on his counterclaim.
