The principal question presented on this appeal concerns the liability of a bailee for damages or loss of an automobile, the subject of the bailment, under a bailment for the benefit of both parties.
In this action, appellant, a car dealer, was the owner of an automobile which it delivered to respondent, a prospective purchaser. In order to demonstrate the suitability of the automobile, appellant authorized respondent to drive it from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Boulder City and back.
