The plaintiff, a “disfellowshipped” member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1 seeks damages and injunctive relief against the Inhabitants of the Town of Bar Harbor, Maine, the Bar Harbor Congregation of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, Inc.
