Steve Hollingsworth alleges he suffered injuries on February 13,1993, while rescuing Rodney A. Sehminkey from his burning uninsured station wagon. Hollingsworth 1 brought suit against (1) his insurer State Farm Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), (2) Rodney A. Sehminkey, and (3) Steven D. and Susan C. Woodford. Hollings-worth’s suit against State Farm arose from the uninsured motorist coverage provisions of the insurance policy issued to him.
