In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered January 31, 1974, in favor of defendant, upon a jury verdict, following a trial as to the issue of liability. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. This appeal presented no questions of fact.-Plaintiff sustained an injury, when struck in the eye by wire while defendant was allegedly trying to untangle the wire from a coil.
