Judgment entered in the Supreme Court, New York County, on April 30, 1973, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of felonious possession of a weapon and sentencing him to a term of five years probation, affirmed. The observations of defendant’s conduct giving rise to the police officers’ suspicion that defendant and his companions were looking for an appropriate place to commit robbery are stated in the dissent.
