Apurv Gupta and Victor Munger, senior executives of the debtor, Quincy Medical Center, Inc. (“QMC”), filed substantively similar motions seeking allowance of administrative expense claims under Bankruptcy Code § 503(b)(1), 11 U.S.C. § 503(B)(1), for severance pay due them under QMC’s Executive Severance Policy dated January 1, 2011.
