I. Introduction
In this Chapter 7 case, the Court must decide whether to grant the Motion to Dismiss Bankruptcy (the Motion to Dismiss), filed by the Trustee and Interested Party Archie Hart (Hart). Lots by Mur phy, Inc. (the Debtor) vigorously opposes the Motion to Dismiss.
