This bill is filed to compel the specific performance of an agreement, which was entered into in writing between the defendant and one Henry Wilde, on the fourth day of February, A. x>. 1841.
By the agreement, the defendant, for the consideration of one dollar then paid, and the further sum of three thousand three hundred and forty-six dollars to be paid, for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, agreed with the said Wilde, his heirs, executors and administrators, that the said defendant, his heirs and assigns, should and would, on the payment of the last-mentioned…
