MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SAFFELS, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on several related motions. First, Larry Rolfe and Carol Bringhurst, presently plaintiffs in an action against defendants pending in the United States District Court for the Dis*589trict of Utah, move to intervene in this action, concluded by a Final Protective Order on February 13, 1989, for purposes of gaining access to information produced in Cunningham. Second, Rolfe and Bringhurst (hereafter, “applicants”), move to vacate or modify the Final Protective Order entered in Cunningham.
